User Account:
• How can I register on inkfruit?
To register on inkfruit click on the ‘join’ button on the header bar and fill in the required details and you will be a part of the inkfruit community. You can also just click on this link and you will be guided to our registration page
• I forgot my password how can I log in?
Click on the ‘forgot your password’ on the home page or click on the following link:
Type in your email address and your log in details will be mailed to you.
• I have received the new password, still unable to log in, HELP!
If you are still unable to log in after using your new password please send a mail to hobbes(at)inkfruit(dot)com and the query will be looked into on an urgent basis.
• Do I have a profile page to myself?
Of course you do! After you login, just click on your username in the right-top of the screen and you will be taken to your profile page where you can view details viz., deisgns submitted by you, designs that won, points accumulated etc, scraps by other users and also modify details. This is your page baby! Do what you want!
• Can I change the username on my inkfruit.com account?
Sorry, but you can't change your username. You will need to sign up for a new one.
• How do I check the number of Reward points I have?
After logging in, click on your username on the right-top corner of the screen to go to your profile page which includes account details viz., number of points accumulated.
• What are Reward points? How do I win them? And what use are they?
Reward points are a fun way of building a cache on the community and letting other users know of your participation.
You win Reward points by:
• Submitting designs (You win loads more if your design wins!)
• Sending in a photo of you wearing an Ink Fruit tee
You can redeem Reward points for a variety of goodies offered on inkfruit.com from time to time. And of course, you can redeem them for Ink Fruit tees too!
Affiliate Programme :
• What is the inkfruit affiliate programme?
The inkfruit affiliate programme enables you to create your own merchandise store on your website or blog. As a member, you are entitled to create your affiliate page. You can customize your page, or publicise and promote your store using your personalised link eg.www.inkfruit.com/affiliate/jack. But most of all, this section allows you to earn a commission on every sale made via your store. As an affiliate, you can track you commission online anytime.
• How can I join the inkfruit affiliate programme?
All members on inkfruit automatically have their affiliate page created. All you need to do is get your affiliate HTML code, customize your page and you’ll be on your way. KACHING!!!!
If you are not currently a member on inkfruit all you need to do is go to the affiliate section and ‘sign up as an affiliate’, get your code and create your store.

• What do I gain from joining the inkfruit affiliate programme?
As an inkfruit affiliate:
1. You earn a commission on every sale made in your store.
2. It helps in activating and increasing the traffic on your web page or blog
• How do I receive my commission?
You can either receive your commission by cheque or PayPal.
• I want to close my affiliate programme how do I do this?
If you wish to close your affiliate page, you can by dropping a mail to this effect to affiliate(at)inkfruit(dot)com. However, why you would wish to do that is something we don't understand. ;) I mean who wouldn't like to earn money by selling the coolest of tees to other people and spreading happiness in the world?!

We respect your right to privacy. At inkfruit.com we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address.
Ink Fruit does not store your credit card or online bank account information.
Inkfruit.com will not rent or sell your name or personal information.
Inkfruit.com does utilize "cookies" to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous. We use this information only to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of inkfruit.com.
Inkfruit.com reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime. Updates to our privacy policy will be sent to the email address that you have provided us.
• Does Inkfruit store my information?
Inkfruit only stores information uploaded by you during the registeration process and shared by while you comment and interact with other members on the website. No transaction information such as credit card details, etc. are stored in our database. These details are directly inputed by you into the bank payment gateways which are completely secure. Inkfruit does not handle this sensitive data or store it in any way.
